Green tea comes from the same plant as black tea, but is harvested at a younger age. It is consumed "fresh", while black tea is consumed roasted and oxidised. Green tea is thus less processed and retains more of its nutrients and antioxidants than black tea.
- Place 1 1/2 of tea spoon of tea in tea pot.
- Boil Water to 85℃ to 90℃ (Pref Filtered Water).
- Brew tea up to 1 1/2 minutes (remove tea after brew time).
- Repeat the brewing up to 4 times.
