Green Tea compared to Black Tea has higher antioxidants due to its minimal processing, making it a great tea for detoxing the body and for immune support. Jasmine helps with overall digestive health and the aroma also helps for relaxation and easing the mind.
1. Place one tea bag in a Teapot or Mug.
2. Boil Water to 85℃ to 90℃.
3. Brew tea up to 1 minute. Repeat the brewing up to 4 to 5 times.
