Brush and Brew Season 2
After the beautiful success of last year’s Brush & Brew series, we’re honoured to welcome back artist and illustrator Debbie L for another season of creativity, tea, and connection at Tea Journal.
As the cooler months settle in, we invite you to slow down and spend an evening immersed in the calming ritual of painting and tea. Enjoy bottomless brewed teas alongside a selection of our signature chiffon cakes while exploring the art of watercolour in a warm and welcoming space.
Debbie is an artist, graphic designer, and animator with a passion for capturing the beauty of everyday moments through ink and watercolour. Known for her gentle and approachable teaching style, she creates an experience that feels both inspiring and deeply relaxing.
Throughout the workshop, guests will create their own hand-painted watercolour postcard — a small keepsake to share with a loved one or treasure for themselves. Debbie will guide participants through a brief introduction to watercolour techniques before helping everyone paint an inspiring subject selected from within the tea shop itself.
No prior experience is needed. Whether you’re a complete beginner or simply looking for a peaceful creative evening, Brush & Brew is designed to be an accessible and mindful experience for everyone.
