A lighter and more delicate in colour and flavour than other Oolongs. Our Premium Tie Guan Yin is a step up from our Classic, using higher quality tea leaves.

Brew Instructions:
- Place 1 1/2 Teaspoon of tea in Teapot.
- Boil Water to 95℃.
- Brew tea up to 1 1/2 minute (remove tea after brew time).
- Repeat the brewing up to 6 times.
