- Steep Tea: Place a 2 to 3 grams of fermented pu'er into your teapot or infuser. Pour the hot water over the leaves. (Wash your tea leaves on your first brew)
- Steep Time: Allow the tea to steep for 35 seconds for a light sweet brew or 60+seconds for a full body brew. Adjust steeping time based on your taste preference.
