Ginger is a common remedy for colds and contains anti-inflammatory properties. Try it on its own, or mixed with a bit of honey for a slight sweetness. Also pairs well with a slice of fresh lemon.
- Place 2-5 slices in Teapot or Mug.
- Boil Water to 85℃.
- Brew tea for up to 2 minutes or longer for a stronger taste.
- Repeat the brewing up to 4 to 5 times.
